First Responder Sleep Recovery: City of Boulder Fire-Rescue


We are honored to share the First Responder Sleep Recovery Training with the great members of the city of Boulder Fire-Rescue.

In this abbreviated training held Oct. 10th, 11th, & 13th, members will receive a focused training experience to learn and become skilled in the Sleep Recovery Practice which can be employed as a method to fall asleep, return to sleep after running calls and to recover from the fatigue that follows long shifts. Because we are local, we will provide yoga mats and blankets on site at the training center.

Members, please bring the following:

-Wear Comfortable PT clothes

-Pen/ pad of of paper (optional note taking)

-a Water bottle

-***OPTIONAL: Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow for the guided Sleep Recovery Practice****
